We will charge you just £395 for the sale and the same amount for the purchase, plus the standard disbursements and VAT. We will not increase our fees once you have instructed us – even if a move requires more work than we expected. Furthermore if you sell your home on our 2% sales package we pay your selling fee of £395 for you!

No move – No legal fee – Our charges are highly competitive and we will only ask you to pay our fee if your move is completed. If your move does not proceed, all we ask is for reimbursement of any costs we have incurred on your behalf.

Open 7 days a week – We are available to speak to you at times that are convenient to you. Our Operations Centre is open 7 days a week 8.00 am to 8.00 pm Monday to Friday and 9.00 am to 4.30 pm Saturday and Sunday 10.00am to 3.00pm (except bank holidays). You can also track your move 24 hours a day using our secure internet tracking service.
